These terms govern your use of Digicards services, including account, subscription, and platform usage obligations.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using Digicards, you agree to these Terms of Service and related policies.

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use paid services.

2. Service Scope

Digicards provides digital business-card tools, profile hosting, sharing features, and subscription-based functionality.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate account data and maintain up-to-date details.
  • You must not use another user's identity or access credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription billing and change behavior are governed by our Pricing & Refund Policy.

  • Trial users converting to paid activate immediately after successful payment.
  • Non-upgrade changes are charged now and apply at effective date after current period.
  • True upgrades may be charged on a pro-rated difference basis.
  • No refunds are provided for paid amounts.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant Digicards the rights necessary to host and display it to provide the service.

Digicards trademarks, brand assets, and platform IP remain the property of Digicards or its licensors.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy breaches, fraud, abuse, or legal risk.

Termination does not entitle users to refunds for paid amounts already processed.

7. Liability and Warranties

Services are provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Digicards excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Disputes are subject to applicable South African legal processes and competent courts unless otherwise required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.
